jl991 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via supported payment channels including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, Instapay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits credited to your jl991 wallet are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. jl991 does not accept cash deposits, deposits from third-party accounts, or payments made from accounts not registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to your registered payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC identity verification. Account balances that remain dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed on the Platform, or may be transferred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations. jl991 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such deduction occurs.
jl991 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl991.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl991 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
jl991's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl991 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl991 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl991's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
jl991 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl991 will notify registered players via email to the address registered with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the changes where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may close your jl991 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the withdrawal terms set out in Section 4.
jl991 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, in its sole discretion, in the event of a breach of these Terms, detection of prohibited conduct, a regulatory requirement, or where jl991 determines that continued account operation poses an unacceptable compliance or fraud risk. In cases of prohibited conduct, associated account balances may be forfeited.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jl991 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting jl991's customer support team. jl991 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaints process, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
